René Cintrón, born in New Jersey, lived most of his youth in the island of Puerto Rico where his family is originally from, and now resides in the New Orleans Metro area with his wife and daughters. René earned his MBA in Management from American InterContinental University, and is now in the dissertation stage of the PhD in Organization and Management with emphasis in Leadership from Capella University. His Aha! Training Company focuses on e-commerce consulting, curriculum development, online course facilitation, and training workshops on various managerial and leadership topics. All of this is done locally, nationally, and internationally, as it is accomplished in either English and/or Spanish as the customer prefers. He brings over 10 years' experience in management and leadership in for-profit and non-profit arenas. In his spare time, besides spending time with his family, he volunteers with various organizations including Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, Chamber of Commerce, and Habitat for Humanity.
