Seain was born into a military family in southeastern Georgia. His early years were spent jumping from base to base in Western Germany. In 1983 his family returned to the States and settled in Georgia. From there he filled his time with comic books and sci-fi and was educated in the not so challenging public schools of Georgia. He supplemented his lack luster education with a healthy dose of slacking off and an abundance of sarcasm. Currently he is living in Savannah Georgia with his wife Leslie their two dogs and one cat.
