Sharon Moran is a freelance writer who lives in South Jersey. She has a B.S. in Psychology and an M.Ed. She lives with her husband (formerly the boy she began stalking in the ninth-grade), her adorable daughter, a stately-looking cat named after a Confederate Cavalry General, and a sometimes annoying, but incredibly loyal, German Shepherd who is still waiting for the half dozen sheep she promised him. When she is not busy writing or chauffeuring her daughter to ballet lessons, she dreams of one day traveling cross-country on the back of a retired thoroughbred, but she'll settle for either a thru-hike of the Appalachian trail or being an exercise rider at Santa Anita Park.
