We work on hourly or project-based rates.

Whether your project is large or small, we can negotiate a rate to fit your schedule and requirements.

Bid Proposals

After we've discussed your project, we'll send you a rate proposal.

Memo of Agreement

Once we agree on a rate, we'll send you a memo outlining the agreement.

Client Meetings

Typically we include two client meetings with each project.

Revisions

Most projects include two revision cycles.

Billing

Our invoice policy is net 15 days. Most projects require

1/3 to 1/2 up front, and the rest payable upon completion.

Payment

We accept payment by check, credit card (with a small processing fee), or money order.

Statements

We issue statements to clients with active accounts on the 1st of each month.
